Todd is a full-stack technology leader with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud systems, and entrepreneurship. His technical contributions span major platforms including US Government, multiple startups, brands including StubHub, PayPal, Tesla, and Wal-Mart.
Todd holds multiple certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Apple Certified System Developer. He’s an active community contributor, serving as a professional speaker and volunteering with poverty alleviation initiatives. His expert-level knowledge of enterprise architecture and team building drives Baur Software’s technical vision and operational excellence.
Virginia Scirrotto, Chief Operating Officer
Virginia leads customer onboarding and operations at Baur Software, bringing extensive experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and full-stack development. As a Scrum Master Certified professional, she excels at coordinating complex technical projects and ensuring smooth client experiences.
Her technical background spans HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, combined with UX/UI design expertise from Springboard and full-stack training from Lambda School. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Virginia brings a global perspective to operations. Her unique blend of technical knowledge and operational excellence ensures that every client receives exceptional service and support throughout their journey with Baur Software.
